Clients who have signed Service Agreements with KPEnterprises may use our Client Service Portal for tracking service requests (and more).
To request your username and password, please contact us by Email (sales@kpenterprises.com).
Inside the Client Service portal you'll be able to:
- Create a New Service Request
- Set SR priorities
- Add notes, documents, or other information to existing service requests
- Review all current and past service requests
- Search a Knowledgebase of all issues from your company's past service requests
- Add "members" from you company so others can create or manage service requests.
