Remote Monitoring

· Includes monitoring performance, alerts, disc space, backups, critical errors, and the ability to connect remotely and fix issues as needed. Requires a 12 month contract.

· Does not include patch management, updates, or other maintenance.

 

SuperStar Tech Support -- the Complete Maintenance Package · Includes all support services for Operating System, and defined software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Business Works, and others as agreed). Support may be on site or remote. · Includes all updates to operating system, Microsoft Office, virus scanners, as well as all labor related to any of these. · Does not include labor related to special projects. This is strictly "maintenance" of systems in order to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. · NEW: Now includes labor related to Hardware support IF you buy the hardware from KPEnterprises and maintain a warranty. · NEW: Now includes SPAM filtering. Even if you already have a spam filtering device, you'll want to add Exchange Defender from KPEnterprises.
