Karl Presents "Good Form Consulting" Seminar at SMB Nation conference in Redmond

September 7, 2006 - The largest SMB Nation conference ever -- 800 people in one little town.

In addition to serving on panels for Managed Services, Karl presented a free 3-hour seminar for technical consultants called "Good Form Consulting." It was a round-up of best practices for our profession.

Karl's third book goes to the printers: Service Agreements for SMB Consultants--A Quick-Start Guide to Managed Services

Unlike his first two books, this book is really focused completely at SMB Consultants. This has become quite a hot topic in the I.T. community. KPEnterprises has been signing service agreements and focusing on maintenance and prevention for more than ten years. Now, suddenly, it's a hot topic. Go figure.

July 2006: Karl Speaks at Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference

Every year 8,000 happy souls gather to talk nerd talk at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. This year, in Boston, one of the feature "small business" speakers was our very own Karl Palachuk.

Karl was on a panel of experts discussing the advantages of service agreements and "managed services" for small business. KPEnterprises is the premier provider of managed services for small business in the Sacramento area. For more information, see our "SuperStar I.T." pages. (Click the star above.)

In a nutshell, managed service means that you pay a predictable amount of money each month for your computer and network support and we take care of everything. The focus is on maintenance and prevention, rather than reacting to problems when they arise.

Karl Speaks to 30+ Partners in Portland on Managed Services
